Ovation Dance Challenge is overseen and designed by Executive Directors Dan and Susan Kuhn

has more than 30 years of experience in audio/video/lighting productions. Dan has been employed or subcontracted to provide his expertise to some of the most renowned dance-oriented businesses in the United States including Hall of Fame Dance Challenge, In10sity Dance, Adrenaline, Tapaholics and Midwest Starz. His set and lighting designs have been featured in numerous dance trade magazines and his years in the dance industry have provided him the opportunity to work with some of the biggest names in the dance industry today, including Mike Minery, Sonya Tayeh, Melody Lacayanga, and Mandy Moore.

has been a dance studio director for 40 years. Her students have gained both regional and national acclaim including winning an Industry Dance Award for Tap and being recipients of numerous scholarships & Regional/National title wins. As a Studio Director, Susan has employed and worked with some of the most sought after choreographers in the dance industry including; Mike Minery, Jennifer Silvas, Karen Calloway-Williams, Kim McSwain, Justin Giles, Nick DiNicholangelo, Ashley Dawson and Melody Lacayaga.

The Kuhns and their team of professional staff members are pleased to be able to share their knowledge, experience and expertise with dancers and studio directors all over the nation here on the ODC stage!
